Roekron now uses a council system known as CROWN.  The council is made up of dignitaries from across Roekron who come and go as needed to vote on major issues that confront the nation as a whole.

• Amir (Influence x 44):

• Ravencreek Aramir (human, age 65, R2 Fencer, R2 Ranger, R2 Storm Mage). Coming from a long line of Aramir nobles, Ravencreek is something of an upstart.  Full of the charm and influence of his ancestors but also possessed of the drive and savvy to influence many nations goals and ideals, Ravencreek is a powerful influence on the council.  He is shrewd, daring, and dangerous in combat and conversation.  Looks: Black wavy hair that reaches just to his shoulders, blue eyes, and a runner's build.  Carries fencing saber, stiletto, and long gray cloak.

• Current Ruler/Ruling Body: Terra Mina Aramir, (human, daughter of Ravencreek Aramir, and Tiwine Grassy).  Female age 33, R3 Storm Mage, R2 Resistances and Immunities.  The daughter of the former ruler, Terra Mina looks to have some big shoes to fill. Not as suave and skilled as her father, Terra seems to take more after her mother Tiwine Grassy and brings a more Illionass style of order to the spikey Amiri political scene.  She has been studying to be a great mage, unlike her father, and though she is not a Sorceress of the Elder Goddess, many thought she would become one, but she instead has trained with Electra exclusively.  Looks: Blonde wavy hair that she wears down, blue eyes, thin build.  Carries fencing saber, staff, and grey dress.

• Katie Moonswane - Lvl 51, Life R3, Nature R3, Archer R2, Amazon R2 (Head of Nature Mages at Pinnacle)  Katie is very focused on the use of magic, the proper laws being followed, and laws not getting the way of the local people who need to cast spells.  She appears to take her job here very lightly, and skips many meetings, though never seems to be underprepared when she returns.  Looks:  Big round hobbit with a warm and kind demeanor.  Always in green and white with a bow over her shoulder and arrows in her quiver.  Often covered in flour and wears an apron most of the time.  Smiles a lot, but with an odd craziness behind the eyes at times.  Favors her right arm, as her left seems somewhat unreliable.

• Ein Ion (Influence x 49):

• Colin Mercia (Elf, Male, Age 714. Thief Rank 3, Amazon Rank 3, Storm Rank 3).  Focus on the the economic issues that face Roekron, Colin is always weighing the cost benefit ratio and considering how to get the best return on investment of resources.  He is often considered to purely on the council to make money, and perhaps he is, but he also seems to make a good share of cash for all those who work with him as well.  Looks: Handsome and charming individual, long brownish hair, dashing style, and fashionably dressed at all times. Large brimmed hat, brown cloak, gloves, and two stilettos.

• Geb (Influence x55):

• Flint Erret Fang (Elf, Male, age 285, Rank 7, Thief 4, Amazon 3), A dashing swordsmen type, Flint is not one for rules.  He is always finding ways to line the pockets of various individuals with the large amounts of unaccounted for gold that seems to be showing up all the time in his quarters.  Flint is a real privateer (some would say pirate) and enjoys flaunting the rules of any system he finds himself in and demonstrating how people will always revert to their most base instincts with the right incentives.

• Current Ruler/Ruling Body: Lady Wishgrave Terry Nageen, female Elf, age 220, Black hair with green eyes, very tall, wears stylish dresses designed for ship work. (R7- Storm 3, Amazon 2, Thief 2).

• Temnor (Influence x32):

• Eteri Odril (Apprentice of Records) Elf,  (Level 31, Rank 6, Storm 3, Necro 2, Life 1).  A simple clerk that has worked for Stormwatcher Tower and Mithil Grisodedin for centuries, Ereri is patient and observant.  He is not often one to speak up or take a major role in anything.  Rather, he is always taking notes and recording what has been decided in his book.  Most consider him to be a mouthpiece for the powerful forces in Temnor that cannot be bothered to send anyone with any real authority.  Cloak, Staff, Longsword, Books, Flail.  Looks: Long black hair, green eyes, thin and frail looking build, mostly tidy and carefully dressed.

• Current Ruler/Ruling Body: Mark Baxter Melfraize Willia, male human, Age 34, level 16, (Ran) with Green hair, Silver eyes.  Odd burn across his left arm.

• Sorikonia (Influence x27):

• [Heaven] Chi’en Tyfiterra (female, slight build, active monk wear, medium length curly brown hair) Age 275, level 47.  Tyfiterra has been the new leader of Heaven clan the past two hundred years.  She has recently Natanandi due to the effect that transformed all the items into spirits.  This was seen as a sign that Heaven was upset and in need of new leadership.  Tyfiterra was chosen as she seems to have a natural ability with spirits, and certain natural connections to the divine.  She worships the ancestors solely.

• [Fire] Li Bronzsain (male, very athletic build, dark hair worn short, pale skin, lots of animal tattoos).  Age 211, level 44.
• [Earth] K’un Okreasi (male, very tall and thin, short blonde hair that stick straight up, pale skin,  tends towards the silent and observant manner.  ).  Age 99, level 38.
• [Water] K’an Doragis (female, medium build favoring dresses and more cosmopolitan outfits.  Very social and friendly usually.  Shoulder length dark curly hair, and tan skin, dark eyes.  Uses a short staff).  Age 105, level 41.
• [Air] Su’un Holli (female, Very round build and happy demeanor.  Often organizing groups events and functions, light brown skin, straight blonde hair worn long.  Uses a staff).  Age 106, level 41.
• [Thunder] Chen Hobai (bigender, very traditional robes, shaved head, often unreadable eyes, pale skin.  They are of a slight build but often seem much larger than they are.  Age 311? (looks only 30ish), level 61.

• Dsesnor (Influence x32):

• Minimo Saggadishi - Minimo Clan (Orphans) - Rank 6 - age 79, Samurai R2, Minimo Clan 2, Paladin 1, Amazon R1.  Minimo Saggadishi is a deep thinking philosopher who enjoys pushing people to reflect on their beliefs and transform them towards more enlightened perspectives.  There is a great deal of service work for the common people that Saggadishi promotes and often he rejects anything that seems like a vanity project or excess expense.  Looks: Presents male human, short black hair, dark blue eyes, very bronzy complexion, with sharp angled jawbone and nose.  Uses Javelin and Two Wakizashis.  Several knives.

• Current Ruler/Ruling Body:  Hi No Tori Shashen -  Rank 5 - age 19, Flame Mage 3, Phoenix Clan 2.  Black hair, red eyes. Shashen is known for being something of a wild and incoherent ruler.  Many find it to be inauspicious that he rules during a time of the Shadowlands, as his philosophy towards the threat it that Dsesnor needs to be destroyed to be reborn as something better.

• Blackspire (Influence x42):

• Moorewick Felanjason - War Troll - R6 Barbarian 3, Paladin 2, Veteran 2. Age 67.   Moorewick is a skilled diplomat and has survived some dangerous assaults from numerous groups at the same time.  He is a battle worn troll with a lot of experience balancing the needs of wildly different species and cultures all at the same time.  He is even tempered, quick to take action when he feels it is needed, and direct.  Items: Black Tabard, Scale Armor, Green Cloak, Poleaxe and two Ninjatos.  Looks: Dark black hair worn long, gray eyes, reddish skin and thin build.  Very expressive face with lots of teeth that look sharp and well cared for.  Long blue ears that curve backward twice as long as would be expected.

• Current Ruler/Ruling Body:  Noah Novak Replinmad, male age 30, Turuk Ork, Rank 5 (Totem Shaman, Samurai).  Purple hair worn in a topknot, with pale red eyes, he never used weapons (has vowed never to use them).

• Oriri (Influence x28):

• Ilwaren: Elf (Rank 6, Archer 1, Ranger 1, Storm 1.  Harper 3.)  Ilwaren is famous for her work with item spirits in the early days of their emergence into sentience.  Helping many who are mentally lost or struggling, Ilwaren seems to gravitate towards those who struggle to understand the world due to their circumstance or their state of being.  She often puts the rights of undead and other uncommon beings at the front of her agenda, and asks hard questions about what counts as sentience, and who has the right to make choices for these individuals.  Looks:  Long brown hair, usually in a ponytail, green eyes.  Green and blue elven attire. Harp, two Ninjatos, Bow.  Special shawl/skirt.  

• Current Ruler/Ruling Body: Wileve Kelineve male age: 920, (Wood Elf, lvl 61) Barbarian 3, Assassin 3, Ranger 3, Paladin 2.  Black hair worn short, green eyes, and special armor designed to increase his AV while using class abilities and to enhance his Martial Arts.

• Odilathen (Influence x28):

• Jaiskull Oakenshade (human male, age 67, Rank 4 Ranger, Rank 3 Veteran)  Known for his even tone and matter of fact approach to just about everything, Jaiskull is a fierce defender of his homeland and kingdom.  Wearing a series of decorative runed bandages around his face due to an encounter with a Morganti spirit, Jaiskull makes up for his odd appearance with extreme efficiency and candor.  He is exceptionally skilled in managing divine threats, which he seems to be somewhat immune to, making him a prime choice for defense against the Angelics.  Looks:  Tall, thin, athletic build, runic head wraps across face, ornate armor, long spear.

• Current Ruler/Ruling Body:  Eva Ramos Devorgent, female age 50 (Rank 5), Ranger 2, Life Mage 2, Flame Mage 2.  Silver hair, oddly white eyes, and has been known to be ruthless in combat, so is generally kept out of it.

• Illionass (Influence x50):

• Jessica Iornbranch Arin (human female age 277, Rank 1 Flame, Rank 1 Storm, Rank 1 Life, Rank 1 Nature, R4 Priestess of the Elder Goddess).  Known for a generally high work ethic and a no nonsense attitude, Jessica takes after her grandmother who was the high priestess for many years in Randwin.  Always looking out for the rights of women and minorities regardless of their nationality or affiliation, Jessica often puts her priorities before her nations orders.  Looks: Short, round, with very short silver hair, a battle axe, and two cats always following her.

• Current Ruler/Ruling Body:  Beau Curtis Grassy, male Human (extremely small- only size 1), age 43, (Rank 3) with Silver hair and oddly bronze colored eyes, he is often sick due to curses he gained defending the nation from Dagedrask.  He requires a lot of help from the Priestesses of the Elder Goddess to keep the county running.

Illionass Specific Classes Doc 2025

• Andionion (Influence x31):

• Nuerenian (High Elf, gender neutral, age 623.  (Rank 3 Veteran, Rank 3 Ranger, 4 Sentinels of Nurenian).  Originally one of the Guardians of the Grove, Nuerenian has been known for being extremely durable in many situations.  There are rumors that Nuerenian cannot die, and this prompts many assassination attempts and plots to remove them, which they seem to enjoy as some kind of sport.  Focused mostly on the needs and resources of the elves and haunts in particular, Nuerenian is soft spoken, patient, and sometimes overly intellectual to a fault. Having actually been killed recently, Nuerenian has lost some of there credibility, being saved from permanent death in a close combat with a Khufalden creature with Morganti by Ravencreek Aramir. Looks: Short blond hair.  Green eyes.  Lean but muscular.  Extremely clean and detailed solid silver, runic, mastercrafted, enchanted armor.  Longsword and Large shield.

• Current Ruler/Ruling Body: Tyree Farel Kurni (Wood Elf, female age 386?) Rank 9 (classes unknown), long black hair that she wears all the way to the ground, very green eyes that are known to change color in different seasons, she is the widow to Faleorion.

Andionion Area Specific Classes 2025 (in progress)

• Stonehammer (Influence x38):

• Lord Jorimodeer Gramin, Dwarf age 362 (Ranger 2, Amazon 2, Veteran 2). The current ruler of Gramion Hold, Jorimodeer is known for helping to rebuild Stonehammer over the past decades by rescuing mutants from the Armies and helping them strike back at those that enslaved them.  He has a great deal of experience with the many troubles that beset a city far from help, and is always looking out for the rights of enslaved people and those not commonly viewed as equal.  Looks: Heavy set build. Curly brown hair, and gray eyes.  Floppy hat worn to once side, two sword that seem broken but worn together in one sheath.  Leather vest and daggers.

• Current Ruler/Ruling Body:  Thoracial Char Olden (gender neutral age 246), pale emerald hair with odd plant like elements to it, with golden eyes and large cat ears.  Rank 7 (Paladin 3, Ranger 3, Other 1).  Known for having odd dealing with mountain fae, Thoracial is a descendent of the original royal line.

Stonehammer Specific Classes 2025

• Svodlun (Influence x10):

• Lady Rocrosi Sentris (Dwarf Female, age 304, Necro 4, Assassin 4) The daughter of Lord Rocrin Sentris, Rocrosi is dangerous and extremely well connected.  Her father was once the most powerful dwarf in Svodlun, but since the fall of Delvis Mithril, their fortunes have faltered.  Seeming angry and out for revenge, Rocrosi is feared and rarely crossed when she brings up issues.  While she may seem agreeable on the outside, many attribute mysterious deaths to her, though none would say this to her.  Looks:  Dark black hair worn long.  Slate gray eyes with a blue edge.  Thin and stronger looking than most dwarves. Fine white and blue dresses, with mithril detailing, and mithril hair pieces.  Carries Broadswords, and a short staff.

• Current Ruler/Ruling Body: Kellan Crusbane Svod (Male Dwarf age 115), Rank 7 (Flame 3, Storm 2, Life 2), shaggy brown hair, and large purple eyes, he is the son of Nevil Svod and Doughry Sentris.   He wields Dworfindle the legendary mace/ax.

Svodlun Area Specific Specs

• Reedman (Influence x21):

• Mayor Corin Darish Holli (Human gender neutral, age 58, Level 31, Life 3, Ranger 3). A dedicated servant of the people, Corin is not often flustered or animated.  They are very civil and concentrated on getting everyone to work together regardless of their differences.  In this way, they seem elven, and some use this comparison as an insult.  They are very focused on making Roekron into a Democracy, through democratic means of course.  Looks: Tall, thin, and elegant, with very fine clothing at all times.  Prefers hats with long feathers in them, and mostly flowing garments and stylish outfits that aren’t so expensive they upset their constituents.

• Current Ruler/Ruling Body:  Coen Cummin Teleprees, Windrunner (male age 39) Rank 4 (Assassin 1, Necro 1 - R2 Deluge) Shiny purple fur, and bright yellow eyes, Coen is known for not being afraid of anything, and was chosen to lead due to the dangers facing the nation from Infernals and Dagedrask.

Reedman Area Specific Class 2025

• The Dark Wilds (Influence x10):

• Warspeaker Temple Grigarian (Tree Ent that carries around an animated skull that does the talking!, age unknown, Level 36, Necro 3, Nature 3, Ranger 1).  A strange being that seems to have many voices and advocates for the needs of the Dark Wilds and it’s people, Warspeaker Temple Grigarian is believed to be more of a vessel by which various groups within the Dark Wilds observe, and express without having to travel out of their region.  The being is mostly focused on getting more resources for the region and does most of its negotiations outside at night.  During the war with Dagedrask he has become crippled and twisted, and many expect him to retire this year.

• Current Ruler/Ruling Body: Emmy Glass Despowin, (female human age 51), Rank 7 (Necro 3, Nature 3, Life 1), her hair is made of shadow and darkness, and her eyes seem to glow like a jack-o-lantern.  She a very heavy set woman, raising her daughter who seems to be part wolf.  She has been documented to be far more intelligent than she lets on and most consider her a high powered seer.

Dark Wilds and Wood Elven Refuge Specific Classes 2025 (In progress)

• Narohaim (Influence x5):

• Lord Plumari Stogen Harig: Dwarf, male, age 394, Rank 6? (Thief  3, Ranger 2, Other 1) Member of the Keriasian Alliance, Informant for the City Watch.  Plumari is a rather stoic and reserved individual, appearing to prefer to keep a guarded hand and never reveal his real motives.  Frustrated with the way that Narohaim has become the frontlines of many wars, he seeks to have other nations move their troops north as well to take the brunt of the battle off of their shoulders.  Having recently had many encounters with the Forgotten Faith, he sees this group as the most urgent issue.  Looks: brown beard, bald.  Handkerchief on his head, always smokes a pipe, and carries few if any weapons, though does have a bag with numerous odd objects.

• Current Ruler/Ruling Body: Carmelo Greene Twizboil, half elf, male age 220, Rank 7 (Life 3, Necro 3, Thief 1) Burgundy hair, and coppery eyes, he is known for rejecting help from all other organizations and trying isolate his country into it’s own self sufficient nation.

• Wood Elven Refuge (Influence x20):

• Lord Orixriel Kerni (Wood Elf, male, age 1063, lvl 51?) Nature 10?  Orixriel is an ancient and powerful elf, matched by only a few in his field.  He is subtle and fierce when provoked, but often seems not to care about most topics unless they are critical to his plans.  Careful not to upset people too much, Orixriel cannot seem to help himself when it comes to insulting those who criticize his culture or beliefs.  Having protected the elven nations through some of their toughest times, he doesn’t take kindly to comments about elven flaws.  Looks: very tall and athletic, long brown hair worn in a ponytail usually, with green eyes, and gold and green robes, a battle staff, and his familiar ferret “Inlay” always nearby.

• Current Ruler/Ruling Body: Samuel Wallace Wokien, male elf age 324, Rank 6 (Knight 2, Ranger 2, Paladin 2), hair which is literally blades of grass that change with the seasons, eyes that seem to glow like a soft candle at night.  Known for having a very sophisticated taste.

Dark Wilds and Wood Elven Refuge Specific Classes Doc 2025 (In progress)

• The Grey Isles: (Influence x18):

• Lady Serdinon Emendale (Human, female, age 54, lvl 36) Bard 4, Ranger 3.  Serdinon is a member of a long line of Bards and storytellers from the Grey Isles and has a wealth of lost lore collected due to her nation having been gone for thousands of years.  Viewed by many as almost an entirely different world, the Grey Isles has been removed from Roekron for so long, that Serdinon’s customs, views, and even her abilities are completely alien to most Roekron groups.  But over two centuries that have passed since their emergence the gray isles has acclimated to Roekron structures and now takes a role in CROWN, though they do not support any group that has any strong ties to deities.  Serdinon is outspoken about her refusal to let deities be powers that rule over the world, pushing more and more for investments in shielding common people from the wrath and judgment of these beings.  Looks: very short, with wavey dark brown hair, worn loose, exceptionally well tailored and timeless dress, and numerous pieces of jewelry, and accessories all across her outfit.  Carries no weapons.

• Current Ruler/Ruling Body: Zyaire Vazque Burndep, human gender neutral age 35, (Rank 4- Ohtarello!), Blue hair and oddly black eyes, his effects seem to make his troops resistant to most opponents, and this has kept the nation safe from Geb.

Grey Isles Specific Classes Doc 2025 

• Dagedmain: (Influence x35):

• Fralisha Drapdain (Throkintaken). R4 Necro, R3 Life.  Species: Brownie? Age: at least 300 years old.  Looks: Wears a bone face mask with red ruby eyes. She uses two wands and has odd tools on her belts.  Notes: She is usually tinkering with undead and trying to get them to do things they don’t usually do.  She is famed for making undead that are more sentient than normal and changing them around so they function differently than intended. She is extremely perky and friendly and seems fond of commenting on how to improve party members by making them into undead.

• Current Ruler/Ruling Body:  Danna Marrow Dagmainin, female dwarf age 119, (Rank 7) Ranger 3, Necro 2, Life 2.  Bone white hair and blood red eyes, Danna is also extremely disfigured due to undead experimentation.  She is partial undead, and seems to shift between Shambler and Ghoul at times.

Dagedmain Area Specific Classes 2025

• Kamenlock: (Influence x13):

• Skymine Flairjumper (Wolfman, male, age 180, R2 Storm Mage, R2 Nature Mage, R2 Polaris Rangers, R1 Teklolupas Wardens.  Skymine has worked with Polaris for many years, having attained some kind of immortality at least a hundred years ago.  He is a powerful Elder Sorcerer but mostly uses his political awareness to keep allies and forces around Kamenlock and defend it to the end.  He has traveled all across the north and is a scholar on most of the events that have involved Roekron during those years and as such is a good liaison to the south.

• Current Ruler/Ruling Body: Tearbren Emberheart.  R3 Ranger, R3 Samurai, R1 Teklolupas Wardens. - Species: Wolfman.  Age 38.  Looks: Dappled white and grey fur with huge sleek ears, athletic build, and extremely tall for a Wolfman.  Wields a katana and wakazashi, as well as a skull and torch?  Notes: Tearbren is known for his affinity for animals and animal allies.  He is believed to be a natural Animagus and that he has learned to become many different polar animals, as well as to speak and command them as needed.  This seems to prove true when in combat as no animal will harm him, and all that enter into his encounter assist him immediately.  Tearbren is known to be untraceable, and does not detect as anything he does not want to detect as.  A fierce loyalist of the Wolfmen people, he is a voice for tribal rights and reparations.
